1-Day "Skills for Surviving with Diabetes" Class

Newly diagnosed? Our one day class " Skills for Surviving with Diabetes" provides a quick summary of what newly diagnosed patients need to know to manage their diabetes.  During this class you will receive education from our complete diabetes care team, to include a nurse educator, pharmacist, and nutritionist, covering such topics as how to check blood sugars, nutrition basics, complications due to diabetes, etc.  Many of our attendees follow the class with a one on one meeting with our nurse practitioner or dietitian.
